Default Seekonk Speedway July 1st

Anyone going on Sunday? I'll be in the drags as usual. I think Al a in the green LT1 is racing as well. I'll be there for the whole show putting down watching the figs and enduros

Tell him to be careful this time

Mid engine cars look like they are hard to regain control of at Seekonk once they break traction. Should be interesting to see how well it does. What kind of tires is he using?

By the way you and Dinardo put up some pretty bad *** races.... that guy seems unstoppable though. I never see his car around tho, Im always in Mashpee where he's from so I figured I would see it once in a while.

Can someone explain to me what goes on down there? Can anyone go and enter their cars to race? And what kind of racing is held there? Sorry for the stupid questions just no idea how it all works.

Anthony

PS - Bryan, your block is still sitting in my garage, my attention went to the gto after i got it, but i should be starting work on getting it into my el camino as soon as my parents get their new house and i can take over my fathers garage haha.

That looks like it could be fun. No contact is allowed between cars right ? haha I dont need to wreck the car i am still paying for, but i'd be interested in checking it out. That is the drag part of the events right?

Most people who go to the speedway just watch. Id def just watch if I were going for my first time. The spectator drags aren't really for everyone.

What was the outcome tonight? I went ot the NASCAR race in NH so I missed this event. I think I would have preferred to have went to Seekonk. The race up there was "ok" but it's just cars going by after awhile. I had good seats but the best view are shown on TV and there are ALOT less people to deal with

Thanks! Congrats to 'al a' who posted up above. He drove the LT1 green Camaro, and took out Mark Dinardo's black tbird in the first round that's a huge accomplishment since I don't think anyone's beaten Dinardo in his black tbird until today. Awesome job Al
