Tell your guy thanks for never calling me back.

Here's what I had already prepped:

and here's what I paid the guy, who did call me back, $900 to do:

Hard to believe some concrete guys make so much money they can turn down $300 an hour side jobs...lol.

Looks good! But what do you plan on doing with it, if you don't mind me asking.

when all is said and done, it'll have a short white vinyl fence around it and will be used as a early morning/late afternoon sitting porch...

...or I'll put a shed there to load up with car parts, LOL

Well, being that the window is underneath a 24" kickout from the 2nd level, and the porch is nearly 10" off the ground and both my property and the porch drains away from house, I'd say if I get water coming in that window, I've got some big problems...as do all my neighbors.

Looks great. Direct rain is easy to control. The only concern I would have is the moisture affect. I like to have atleast 6" from ground/base to plywood/exterior/siding.. Obvious, I dont know the build and whats behind the siding just keep an eye out for any kind of mold/moisture under the siding.
Good Luck to you looks great..
