Here's what I had already prepped:
and here's what I paid the guy, who did call me back, $900 to do:
Hard to believe some concrete guys make so much money they can turn down $300 an hour side jobs...lol.

Well, being that the window is underneath a 24" kickout from the 2nd level, and the porch is nearly 10" off the ground and both my property and the porch drains away from house, I'd say if I get water coming in that window, I've got some big problems...as do all my neighbors.
