had a pretty good time last night, street heat was good. track was a little disappointing, but we had a good group and got a few good runs in. Mike did you get your rear straightened out? we are talking about going out to CFRC next weekend. they have a real nice setup out there
My all-time best was a 1.48, prior to that it was like a 1.51. I was somewhat suprised to say the least. It was a couple months ago when everyone went to LMP on Saturday night.

Verdad Gallardo Man I hope oneday my car leaves like ya'lls. I just put a good 6 hours into my car but it turned out like crap so I guess Saturday morning ill get back on my mission of beating y'all.
Man greg, mike you guy are way above 12k in your car/mods right? Thatsabout where I am from top to bottom and I'm kinda bummed since its still just a mid 10 sec car.

Well I guess if I can't get a 60' like you guys I'm gonna buy one of those new hybird tc78's with the precision 76mm wheel/housing from forced inductions. Then put this 2k worth forged bottom end junk together that I got on my dinning room table. Then ill just have to hope to start running you guys down on the back half.
greg btw soon I may have access to a vortec blower system for a fbody. Just the blower unit needs rebuilt. Its on a buddys car and he missed a shift and trashed the motor due to the blower coming apart and going threw the motor.. So once I have my shop together(which hopefully soon!!) I'm going to put a pullout ls1 in his car and take the blower as a partial payment for some of the labor. So if you or mike are interested you two are first in line. It'll be absoluley complete other then the head repair.

That butthole and his afr 225's, One day when hes not lookin im doing a headswap.
My 60 ft has always sucked, until the head/cam install. I just needed alittle more power to get this thing moving.

Plus i have a asortment of manifolds I've saved so we could probably build you a single kit with air conditioning. Duddddeeeee I think this might sound stupid but do like a rear mount borg warner! You can get those turbos from 600 bucks to billet race cover ones for 1000 and your make a ton of power! I even got a turbowerks savage pump already for ya!
Or that new hybird tc78/precision 76mm exhaust wheel turbo,that would work good on your car. It'll work to about 850-900 wheel.

There was a really cool 01 black z28 at lakeland Saturday night. He had a stock shortblock ls1 with afr's,cam,lg tubes,fast 90/90,4l80 with a 3800 fti stall, dana 60 rear,prostars,et radials. Very clean car,ran 7.30's all motor. He's coming back out next Saturday too.
What hood did it have on it? I might know what car you are talking about and if so it is a forged (built) LS2. IF it is the same car they have been saying it is a stock shortblock LS1 for a long time now. I will be out there next Saturday weather permitting, I don’t know if I will be running the car or not but I will try and get things buttoned up.
