Official Polk County thread!

That's a really good looking ride you've got!!!............ I'm just messing with you!
My black camaro won't do 12's................ I got a red car that will get "real close" though! It's been sitting for a few months. My doctor shut me down and wouldn't sign my NHRA renewal license. Soooooooooo, I thought I would get this camaro and see if I could get it to go over 45 MPH...... I think with a little work, it'll do it! :-)

I want to ride! Please please please!!!
NICE! we can still line them up though
I'm looking forward to getting some info from all of you "seasoned" LSer's on here to help me get past that 45 MPH mark with this black camaro. Before I bought this, I couldn't even spell LS1. I've always been a 1st Gen engine builder.
I'll be bugging the crap out of everyone........... picking their brain for the good stuff!
Good lock with your car and yes they can be as fun as the older ones.
The altered weighed 1880 with me in it and full of fuel. (highway 60 truck scales). I backed the blower drive off so it is now only 1:1 and I haven't run it since then. I truly expected that I was going to blow the bottom out of it on that run. I have a 4 bolt splayed block and I figured it was pushing hard on 775 to 800 HP to run those numbers. It didn't blow, but I backed it down after that one.
