Default Build Thread! will keep adding Pics onto end Update5

Just order the pushrods for my build, finally ready to finish my stroker.
Ordered Manton 11/32 at 7.550. Those guys are great to work with.

Sounds awesome! What's the specs on the build? Or a link to a build thread? I'm sorta in the same boat. Waiting on a head bolt from ARP (snapped one last Friday somehow) to get here to finish my Engine and throw it in.

That should make some serious power...
What's your plan for the tune?

Default tune

I have Efi live my pcm has custom O/S 5 now and my headers collectors both have WBO2's but I will need a dyno.

Is your dyno have dynamic loading so that I can hold an engine at a certain rpm and load. I figure that the best way for a perfect speed density map (VE table).

Their dyno does exactly what you describe. Their hourly dyno rate is pretty reasonable.

Those are nice pushrods. Did you have to clearance the cylinder heads to fit them?

No, in fact my pushrod checker was 3/8 and it looked like it had clearance but it was awful close, so I kept is safe and went with the 11/32.

We can certainly provide you with an excellent dyno experience. Our facility has everything you need, including a Mustang MD-500 that can load the vehicle anywhere you need it for as long as you need it. We have several shops that use it for boosted engines where load is crucial for a proper tune.

On a second note, those pushrods are awesome! We carry our own line of 3 pc pushrods as well. That's top notch stuff you have there!

Default NASTY PERF Valve Covers

Just go these in, pics speak for themselves. They use the factory gasket.

The shipped to price was $1225.00, That was the billet covers, the engraving, the coil brackets, oil filler cap, oil catch can all anodized blue and plug wires.

I got them not only because I loved the look but they had the best coil mount look with the type of coil being unique (he actually had me send him a photo of the type of coil I was going to use). confusing? he makes different brackets depending on whick coils your going with.

That alone was worth it to me, most vendors couldn't tell yea the difference between center or peripheral bolt covers let alone coils options!!!!!

If you noticed I have the truck coil with the the heat sinks.
