Any of you guys get caught in that crap? I did! Left work from NAS and crossed over the Doctors Lake bridge almost into Flemming Island and got hammered by nickle/quarter sized hail. I was certain I'd be screwed....nowhere to run or hide. I pulled off into a small shopping square, pulled into the back of the buildings and parked as close to the wall as I could. Maybe helped a little. Lasted for about 15 minutes straight...

Got home, dried the car off to inspect everything with the shop light on, AND NO DENTS OR DINGS!!! Man, I'm thankful!

YEP! thats him! My neighbor who has a 66 nova has all his trannys rebuilt by him and referred me to him. yeah i had no idea you lived that close. i think im about to post a thread in the FL section because me and about 8 of my buddies are going to the track sept 7th. be great if more locals and especially LS cars could join also.

yeah he knows that too. yeah my car was tucked in his garage. he only charged 1200 but i did most of the work and he showed me how. shoot 1200 was probably the cost of the parts (hp parts) and barely some of his labor, thats so cheap.
