Street Outlaws TV show?
Anyone watch it? I tried searching to see if anyone had started any threads about it. no luck. Pretty cool show I guess. I don't buy the fact they think they have the fast street cars in America. They have some fast cars for sure but I bet Central Florida could match anything they have. Thoughts?!?!?
For anyone who hasn't seen it. It's a show on the discovery channel about a group of guys that street race in OKC. You can catch re runs online.

Cool show. Could do without the scripted nonsense, but they can't put up an hour of racing I guess.
It would be cool to have a production company closing down roads for me any my buddies to 'street race' though
No doubt not the fastest in the country, but fast for sure.

There are about 1/2 dozen articles on this already...
Here are just 3:

As for the central Florida scene. All I will say is that when WSN comes to Orlando (in the past), the worlds fastest street cars would be in town (or at the bridge) with boxes of cash. Low 8's....mehhh...big deal, dime a dozen. I don't go there any more after the mess/politics over at the track.

I love the fact everyone there talks about having a street car an every single car (side for farm truck and that newer turbo silverado) are all trailered. I realize it has a tag but I see a street car atleast has a street car dash, maybe can log 1000 miles on it between 2-3 days for example, carry passengers. Etc. I realize there is a huge grey area when using the term "street car".

To me being classified as a street car is being able to drive it to and from somewhere. Not on and off a trailer that's lame.
Larry Larson's car is **** no doubt.
