Andrew,

One thing I don't do is gears. If you mess up one little measurement, your gears will not last very long. And I don't have the correct tools to do it. But I would suggest Robert Tau Automotive for gear swaps. But my suggestion is bring in the rearend and have him do it. Not the whole car. It's cheaper that way. If you can find someone else that does it, make sure they know what they are doing. Just my .02. Sorry I can't help anymore.

Andrew,I would go with Hooker or QTP headers they have the best fitment and priced reasonable.I haven't heard of anyone around here running Hedmans.

My problem still isn't fixed. I've changed the #2 plug, all the wires, the passenger 02. Checked for any melted wires. Still no change. I'm going to have John check it out to see if he can diagnose the problem. If not I'll have to take it somewhere to get it fixed.

I got my wisdom teeth pulled yesterday, so I'm not up to working on her today. I hope get it fixed. I still have to install my clutch and my suspension parts.

Okay, good news and bad news.Good news: I figured out what was wrong with my car. Bad news: it might have seriously messed me up.

Apparently I didn't properly torque down one of the rocker arms on the #2 cylinder. So when I did a WOT run after John tuned it, the rocker arm came completely off the pushrod and valve! Now I've fixed it and re-checked all the other rocker arms as well.

What could be the consequences of the rocker arm being off the pushrod and valve for about 10 miles in low rpms. It was the second valve, the one closer to the back of the engine that was off. It seems to run okay now, it ran a few minutes without an SES light but came back on after a second start-up. The idle is a little rough, but other than that it seems fine but I'm afraid to drive it in case something is screwed up. I'd appreciate any help you guys can think of.

Ben and John, I appreciate the help last night. SES light went off but came back on this afternoon so I figured it's just header related and I'll have to live with it.

Good news for you Ben, my TPS seems to be fine so my old one is all yours. If you want I'll be working on my car Saturday morning you can bring by your PS pump and hoses and I'll swap ya and give you the TB as well.

Hopefully I'll be able to take my car to BK finally. I haven't been all summer.

Once again, daily driver is all relative. "I", don't think that will that bad for a daily driven cam. But my views are a little on the radical side. Power is really hard to guess. You just have to try and find out!

Hey Thomas, I still vote for replacing those "snoop dogg" rims.

But on a more serious note, I hear good things about Thunder Racing's Cheater Cam, works great with stock manifolds. That first cam you had looked like a turbo grind.

I finally got my car running right so I could beat on it, the rain held me up for 4 hours on Saturday, thats why I missed BK. Stupid o-ring. Feels great to finally open her up. Hopefully I can get my clutch in and join everyone at the track.

Anybody know of a fast little yellow SRT-4. That sucker had a car+ on me, I think he said his name was Kenny.

Ben how did Raegans car run at Atmore?
