Default Need a machine shop in South Florida.

First is first im a dumbass, get that clear at moroso friday I was spraying my car with a 60 dry and a TNT 150 and leaned my **** out (stock fuel pump ) burnt a valve so far still need to get the heads looked at . I also have a LS1 block that I need to get honed and cam bearing put in. if I have the heads off now might as well put the shortblock in and do my fuel pump and hot wire kit, which I have just was to lazy to put it in . if you would let me know who around can fix me up thanks.

i would go to tec. they are in riviera beach. mike is the guy to see. they build the engines for the mosler cars, and most of the fast south florida cars have his motors.

Hey!! were you trying to run a 9 second pass with your Camaro ?
Check your heads for sure.... if you burnt a valve, you probably burnt the seat area too. So, you might have seat issue (i don't know how i would now this hehe).

COOL, I was getting close it went 6.56 @ 109 in the 1/8 and just plained out after that a ran motor the rest of the way. 10.4 @ 127 . Damnit

Yep. Mike @ TEC is the man. Super clean shop with all state of the art equipment. Most importantly, he dont **** around and take weeks on end. Dropped a long block with 2 beat up pistons, 2 bent rods and 2 spun bearing on a Friday night and picked it up on the following thursday. LS2Formula and Heavychevy's motor came out of his shop also.

Nice I know where I been getting my stuff done, also does he do head work ? I burnt a valve so I dont know if it will need a vavle job or just replace the valve im sure it needs to be pressure tested.

Yep. He just fixed up a set of heads for LoudmouthLS1.
