There is a spot on the filter hat for the blower that they tell you to hook up to the pcv but I didn't want any thing getting sucked in to the blower other than fresh air.

Thats where I have my rocker covers vented from and haven't had a drop of oil come past any seals. Nice looking can set up BTW.

Ya just cap it off. I took some fuel hose and put a bolt with RTV gasket maker in the end of the hose and hose clamped the bolt in place. Then hose clamp the other side of the hose to the nipple on the blower hat.

here is how my vented can is setup... one -8 bung welded in each valve cover towards the back and -8 line ran to the allstar vented catch can. Haven't started or ran the truck yet but thinkin this should be sufficent...

I keep looking but can't seem to find the answer. Does anyone know the conversion from AN to inches? I see a lot of guys running -8 to -10 an lines for their venting. I plan on using 3/8" hose to ventilate mine and am hoping that will be sufficient. Thanks!

Add a "/16" to the -AN (ARMY/NAVY) number to convert it to inches.

-6AN = 6/16" = 3/8"
-8AN = 8/16" = 1/2"
-10AN = 10/16" = 5/8"
-12AN = 12/16 = 3/4"
etc, etc, etc

Great info... you guys change your oil often with this catch can setup eliminating your PCV all-together? By reading through this, a lot of FI guys are going to the twin valve cover to catch can with a breather setup. Think I'm about to take the plunge!
