wow. nice results, and especially cause it seems like you did it on a small budget (no expensive parts like heads, etc).

i am especially impressed by the way the torque curve keeps on going. It doesnt fall off, just looks like it would keep pulling till the motor exploded.

is that intake 252, and exhaust at 248 on a 115? or the other way around??

Cold pipe is too close to turbo hot part! Any effect on the temp of cold air going to the engine?

I can put my hand on the turbo blanket after a run. So it will not transfer any heat to the intercooler pipe.

What kind of clamps are those? Some sort of V band?

Lets see some pics of a pyramid sealing ring getting installed.
Machine work to install
The ring itself

It´s wiggins clamps.

I can show you how it works on a bmw block. I don´t want to pull me engine apart just to take more pics

I think i have a bmw block on our shop, i will see tomorrow..

camaroandreas what size is the cold side pipe work? also what size is the down pipe? also whats the dimentions of the Intercooler?

Car loooks great mate! get some tinted glass in there and drice it on the road!

4" intercooler piping and 4" exhaust. Intercooler core = 25x13x5".
I have new tinted glass here already
