Hey now... that class in January, if at all possible I'm gonna do it.

Looks Good Brian, coming along nicely. Looks like ya found a use for the cracked block too, guess it's not a total loss

2.5" stainless v-bands, crossover piping and bends, flex couplers, EGT bungs, aluminum downpipe flange and some 5" aluminum pipe are on the way...

current plan is to try to bring the 2.5 pipes to the center of the motor (to keep both banks balanced...we've got some data suggesting this is pretty important), merge into a single 3.5" pipe, then run a 3.5" pipe into a 3.5" x T6 transition I found

For the record...

a single 16-gauge 3.5" pipe has 8.92 in^2 area
dual 16-gauge 2.5" pipes have 8.82 in^2 area

Sounds like you've got things moving pretty good.

I hear ya on the $ too.. it's all painful regardless. Especially when you are trying to do 5 things all at once.

I don't think their picture is right (it says picture may not be of exact product). I'll take a pic once it arrives

Dang that website is awesome. They've got a lot of good stuff. I like that 3.50" to T6 form. IMO that makes things a lot easier since you can buy parts already pre-fabbed like that.

Definitely post up how those parts look when you get them. We usually make that stuff ourselves but it can be real time consuming!

The car is looking good!

transition came in...it was a smidge big in one direction for my T6 flange (some manufacturers are different than others I suppose)...10 minutes with a carbide burr fixed that...left it tight and I pressed it into the flange...

I need to learn how to weld!!!! I hate relying on other people to do it for me!!! It could've saved me a ton of money and time!

Really nice work Brian!

Yeah that is pretty cheap. Cheap enough so I'd almost be willing to take a ride down.

Well is it done yet?!?!? where are the updates?? Don't make Zturd, MikeP and myself come down there and finish it up for ya. MikeP needs to work on his welding since he just ordered stuff to put a 10point in the Vett since he got kicked out of Cecil the other week

J/K looking good Brian
