I'm picking up my redone converter from ATI either today or tomorrow since it was finished last week
gonna try to finish the wiring by this weekend.

Just waiting for that call by shawn saying the bullet is ready to pick up...I'm almost to the point where I'm stalled until I get the motor between the frame rails
it's all my fault-as usual

I wish I could say the same thing. I've been unmotivated, but have a giant list of things I need done. Now, if you're looking for something to do...

ok...here are some pics of what I've been up to the last few weeks:

remounted the intercooler with the custom DJ safety blanket

finished the parachute cables

mounted the BS3 and EGT control module on a sheet of carbon fiber

today, I welded in the bungs and mounted the egt probes into the headers (had to be on the bottom side due to construction limitations)

I see you did go with the red alert unit. I really like those and would like to get one down the line.

got some parts rolling in so I can have a productive weekend

this weekends to-do list:
redoing my brake lines
rewiring my AMS1000
wiring up my windows
This will finish my interior wiring
mount my transmission cooler
Install SFI padding for my funnycar cage
finish plumbing my fire suppression system
fix a pinhole I found on one header (requires cutting off one of the collectors - sure would've been nice to be as good with the tig at the start of this project as I am now )

once the suppression system is done I'll be able to permanently mount the upper dash pad and schedule to have my front speedglass windshield installed

also trying to cut another 12-15 lbs off by racing season...this time off me

with any luck I'll be making shakedown runs in 9-10 weeks

did I ever have an unproductive weekend...didn't even get 1/2 of the stuff I wanted to do done

played around for hours with my EGT system...software on the redalert is a bit goofy (probably related more to the fact that my OS is Microcrap's VISTA )...if I use a filename thats not 4 characters long it'll crash during download...but other than that it works well in my static tests.

I got the fire suppression system done (all the stuff up to the cowl) so all I have to do is run a hardline from the bottle to the fitting on the firewall

Interior wiring is also finished.

I'll try to knock the other stuff out that was on my planned list this weekend

got some stuff done...

ran a hardline from the fire bottle to the fire suppression system
ran a radiator overflow line from the expansion tank to the intercooler iecwater tank
welded on a -20 fitting on the bottom of the radiator (feed for the water pump)
welded on a -10 fitting on the top of the radiator (for the expansion tank feed)
built a -10 hose to connect the radiator to the expansion tank
mounted the turbo scavenge pump
ran hoses to connect the intercooler to the ice water tank
ordered the windshield reveal molding so I can get a glass guy over to the house to install the lexan windshield

oh...and I've lost almost 4lbs off me

Time to go to the gym and run another 3 miles

Interior is nearly wrapped up...reinstalled the headliner and all the interior panels
Ran my CO2 line from the CO2 bottle to the engine bay for the AMS1000 solenoids
Ordered some parts to fabricate a rear driveshaft loop
Started laying out the brake line to connect the master cylinder to the rear end.
