Very impressive sir! That truck has some very nice work on it. I'm shocked though at how quiet the F2 is on your set up. It must not be spinning very fast with that pulley combo in that video. Thanks for posting!

24psi with an F2 is a lot of air for a small block!
Thanks. To make 17 psi I'm only spinning the blower 72% of max. When I first got it together I had it pulleyed to 83% and it made 30 psi. I haven't ran it like that. Just a roll on pass to see where I was at.

How much boost can I throw at a forged 416 ls3 on 92 pump with no meth and a good intercooler and which head unit would you recommend? I was thinking F1A

If you can afford it, get an aftermarket casting that has a thicker deck surface. MAST heads would be killer if you can afford them.

I would go with the F-1A and around 16 psi is max on stock style heads. 18 to 20 psi with aftermarket heads which have a thicker deck surface. You'll need octane booster or some race gas mixed in to run this kind of boost without meth. Bob

Can I run 12 pounds on just 92 pump without any additives? I guess what I'm wondering is what is the most boost I can run safely just on the pump gas. e85 is also an option but I've read that its hard to tune for because its inconsistant in its ethanol content out of the pump. I'm trying to get a full weight 2000 formula into the high 9s @ 140 on 92 octane pump gas and still have good street manners because thats where it spends most of its time. Also I read that using a wastegate with a procharger will improve torque production. Is that true?

12 psi on pump fuel should not be an issue.

Default My custom Procharger Tensioner.

I chose to make my own tensioner using a tensioner many of you may have seen. The car is a 2000 TA with a 408 and F1R procharger.

After a lot of research I found a perfect diameter 8 rib pulley I had stand offs made for it. I also had the additional idler pulley and standoffs made. Its working well so far I see 20 psi in my near future. Ill post of when I have more results available. Thanks for looking!!

Notice the water pump clearance and the standard 7.65 Crank pulley

Here is my F1 on the Cadillac CTS-V. Forged 383 ls6. I've finished the 'rough' install... Enough for a dyno tune. I still haven't put it back to street duty yet. Made 660/580 On the dyno.

7/8" longer spacers for the GTO bracket and crank pulley so had enough room for the air filter hat:

I meant on the blower itself. Not the intake manifold. LOL
