After hearing all the gripes about the water pump, Chris and I have decided to use a RULE 4000. After all this is "the peoples kit" right.
Hopefully that will put all the A2W pump gripes to bed for good.

The F-Body’s cooling system is very sensitive.
Any changes to the air dam or plastic panels that
channel air to the radiator, is asking for trouble.
I see all these turbo cars with the radiators stood up or a huge intercooler blocking the condenser and radiator, and I wonder how well does the cooling system really work after thats been done to the radiator.
I can see the replies coming now, “mine stays cool”,
“no problem’s here”, “can idle it all day, no issues” .
But what most people don’t understand is that the fans are running
close to 100% of the time when these things are done to the cooling system.
This is taxing the electrical system and everything suffers,
mainly the fuel pump or pumps, ignition system, and injectors.
Not to mention it puts a big load on the alternator
and that causes more parasitic drag and HP sucked away from the motor.
It is a very counter productive thing to do.
Take a stock F-body and drive it around for 20-30 minutes
at highway speeds to warm it up and pull over, get out and stand there
then watch how long it takes the fans to come on “with the ac off”.
When they finally do come on they are at about 30% capacity,
you can barely hear them.
They will run for 30 secs to a minute and then back off for 4-5 minutes maybe longer.
About the only time you will here them at 100% is when the AC is on and the head pressure in the AC system gets high, the ECM will then turn them back on to get the head pressure in check and they will drop back to 50% or so.
To sum it up, a street car with the radiator stood up or with a huge A2A intercooler blocking air flow, is crippled.
If I can’t sit in traffic with the AC rocking and not baby sitting
the water temp gauge I don’t want it.
A street car should perform well on the street, and this is part of the performance.
Our 2 cents,
PS we did use the word STREET CAR not RACECAR so anyone with ac ripped out or the condenser removed or some sort of not stock front bumper please don't tell us how yours works great. We are expressly talking about unmolested street cars, that maintain there factory amenities.

Ok guys here’s a little update with eye candy!!
Here’s the plan, you need to buy your old lady
something really nice for Christmas, because
you are going to talk her out of her tax return!!
The plan is to have 2 kits ready to ship in February.
All of the prototyping is over and Chris is making parts
as we speak.
It’s been well over a year, now it’s game on!!
He shot me some pic’s of the MSD starters that are finished and the oil feed manifolds.

I have a hard time believing the cooling fan is affecting the fuel pump and injectors.

Looks like all the hard work is about to pay off
I have to agree with the fan statement. 40-50 amps is taking away a lot of reserve. It's just not necessary to have both fans running at 100%. I like the idea of keeping it real as a street car with all the amenities and none of the pitfalls, good work so far.

I'm confused, 2 kits ready in Febuary, will there be a prototyped kit installed and running prior to the kits being sold? $8000 is about the price you should expect to spend for a quality set up but is still alot of money and would like to see it with some hours on it and pictures of it installed and working.
Or is the 2 kits part of the bringing it to production? Not sure how to word it, like a fit and validation of manufacturing process?

This is why it’s taken a over a year to develop.
There have been countless parts that have been revised
4 and 5 times or more, until we where satisfied.
The reason for the limited pic’s to this point is some parts
we made had to be changed to accommodate others, or after
we worked around them for months we found better ways
for that part to do it’s job.
There will be a full spread of pic’s in the weeks to come.

There has been a change of plans with the intercooler water pump.
Chris determined in the beginning stages of the build, that the Rule 2000 was more than enough pump for the system. Chris designed the tank to hold at least 5 gallons, be easy to install, and fit like a glove.
All of those goals where met and exceeded, the tank actually has a 6.2 gallon capacity.
After we posted what we intended on using some of you posted that you wanted a bigger pump. Chris and I discussed it thoroughly and he said: "It’s not that much more money for the 3700, and the 4000 is the same size and only about $10.00 more. So we would just put a 4000 in the tank to keep everyone happy.
Last week we discovered that the 3700 or 4000 wouldn’t fit through the hole in the tank where the lid mounts.
He also said that he would look into revising the top of the tank in order to fit a larger lid so the bigger pumps would fit through the hole.
Chris called me Saturday night from a race at Hub city Dragway in Hattiesburg MS.
There were bunch of turbo cars running the 5.0 index (1/8th mile) and he spoke of a Camaro there, with a 632 BBC with a tiny little 500 GPH Attwood tsunami bilge pump like this one

The owner of the vehicle was using this pump for his intercooler and transmission cooler.
There was also a Mustang running the 5.0 index and he was using a Rule 800 GPH live well pump. This car was using this pump for the intercooler. After the water passed thru the intercooler it was run thru the motor as well.
This particular car did not have a radiator, it used the water from the intercooler system to cool the motor.
After seeing these cars that are capable of running 4.50’s using, what most would think of as "way to small a pump" he said redesigning the tank for a bigger pump made no sense to him.
Seeing this has strengthened are resolve pertaining to using the Rule 2000.
It's more than enough pump.
So in conclusion the Kits will have a Rule 2000 pump.

Fitting two T4 78mm Q trim turbos against the side of an LS1 in an F body without making any sacrifices to stock amenities requires ALOT of Tom Foolery!!!! LOL
