Well, Joe went back this morning to check the fluids and look for a different location for the transmission cooler. He went to fire up the car to check the transmission and the starter was grinding again. Pulled the bolts out and the new starter housing broke again in the same place. He got under there for a visual inspection and found this.

That just blows. Basically when this piece of **** AEM EMS that had just gotten back from AEM after being repaired because it was bad out of the box, it had something else wrong in it that was causing it to send constant ground to one of the injectors (even with the key off). It filled the hole with fuel and hydrolocked the motor. We are pretty sure that when the starter got bumped with the motor locked up, it cracked the block right there and it has gotten progressively worse.

Armando had this happen to his block and they got it welded up. Now I can't remember the shop name. They are in Wellington. Where Anthony with the Nova works.

Comes out of the IC 3", makes the 180* turn around the radiator, makes a 90* going up and steps to 3.5" about half way up the front of the radiator. Then it makes the final 90 and steps up to 4" about 1" before the 92mm TB.

I'm very eager to see the results. This is a super cool experiment as very little has been changed. We took out the stock computer, 2" Headers and 42# injectors, intank pump and put in an AEM EMS, stock exhaust manifolds, 2 MPT70 turbos, MagnaFuel Pump and 160# injectors. EVERYTHING ELSE IS EXACTLY THE SAME. Basically it identical + 4 psi = ???
He was running 10.4's @ 128 when we took her down IIRC. Based on what I feel, I say 9.7 ETs
