Default procharger pulley questions

Im running the sdce tensioner with their 7.25 crank and 3.4 blower pulley on a d1sc. I also have the ati dampener on a 370 cu in ls motor.

My questions are
1. if I go to a 7.65 crank pulley from ATI will i be overspinning the blower?
2. What kinda gain in boost/power/times can I exect?(I know it is impossible to predict but maybe someone has done this and can share their results)
3. Any issues with switching between the two different companies pulley?

As far as I can tell their shouldnt be an issue other than maybe a spacer for allignment.

You would have to change to the LS2 waterpump to run the 7.65 crank pulley. At 6500 engine rpm you would be spinning the blower to 59962 rpm and the limit is 62000 for a D1SC.

It isn't an LS2 water pump, but an 05+ corvette pump. You would need to pull the pulley forward about 3/8" so it would line up with the f-body belt drive.

Does everyone have to switch pumps to run the ati 8-rib kit or is it just because im trying to mix the setups?

It Is because of the tensioner on the bracket. Brings the belt path up to the pulley, which is why SDCE uses a smaller crank pulley.

any other better alternatives to getting a few more lbs. of boost with my setup?

I know I can do a custom blower pulley but I worry about going to small and getting slippage? Anyone tried a 3.2 or maybe a 3.0 pulley with the Sdce setup?problems?

Not if it uses the same large bell shaped pulley, which most of them do. Bob
