Just talked to Mark and Mike is OK!! Thank god! He's a little sore but driving home as we speak. The car was on a mission and had small issue that caused the wreck. The car ended up on the roof but the safty crew was great, he was out of the car in no time.

They wanted me to let everyone know that he was fine. I will let them fill in the blanks when they get home.

Yeah they made it to the final and mike got into some oil. Before that I know he clicked of a 7.25 and also hit 202mph on one pass. Hoping the car can be repaired.

Mike is doing well, just really sore. The car seems to be fixable, but won't know the full extent until he gets it all apart. Here is a video of the wreck, it is amazing that he was able to walk away. http://www.grs-motorsports.net/video...mir/wcf/33.wmv

Wow that video is crazy! Glad Mike is okay. I think that sideways blow over may have actually helped shave some speed before he hit the wall.

Glad to see Mike is ok, been thru a couple of those bad crashes myself, not much fun. More than likely the car is junk, they were some hard hits.

I was there and witnessed in person and all I have to say is glad to hear he was ok. It was definately a scary tense moment for everyone. I wish the best and hope to see the Ohio Boys back in action next year to take that stang down.
