Default journal bearing turbos...what size feed? restrictor? using HP Melling pump

ok... tryin to finish up my build (no I don't have a build thread...lol)

twin 67's, journal bearing style
what size -an line/fittings do I use for the feeds?
also do I need a restrictor being that I am using a high pressure/volume melling oil pump?
I've read that journal bearing turbos don't use restrictors, but in my mind... using a high pressure/volume melling, they tend to run 70-90psi at WOT. So I'm thinking I will need a restrictor due to oil flowing too fast through turbos in which not actually allowing it to cool the turbos. and possibly the high pressure blowing seals out.... ????

Specs:
410ci
twin 67's journal brng
dual 3.5" dp's to 4" out
dual -4an feeds w/ no restrictors ( for now unless told differently)
dual -10an drains to front of pan
19 row oil cooler w/ remote mount filter

Thanks in Advance guys!!!

That should be fine. If you have issues then we can talk about restrictors. Ive only had one case of a low low mount twin setup that needed a small reduction in volume.

I agree. Dont restrict them if you dont have to. And, I think I have the same oil pump. I did have to restrict my -4 in my current setup.

Mine are mounted "low" about even in height to the crank and I run -3 with no restrictors

Ill keep an eye on this thread.

If you guys are restricting journal bearing turbos using -4 feed lines, what restrictors are you using?

soooooo...... -3 or -4 ? If I stay with the -4, what should I look for to know that i would need restrictors? wait til oil blows out seals, or temps of turbo? was thinking installing a temp gauge inline on oil drain about 2" from turbo.
