Okay I see. Why not try your hand at fabbing up some headers? Truck Manifolds are a very good option but I'm more partial to Tubular Headers I guess.

I would talk to Josh on making you up some custom headers. I leave that stuff in the hands of a pro.

and a guy with a 4500lb sivlerado that goes 10.1X on 13psi. so hes got good feedback on this turbo we just need to get it in the car now lol

Tom
The breather filter you have on the driver valve cover, is the arm band on there to stop the little oil that drips out after making a few runs.

I was thinking about doing the same thing

If you look at the "How to DIY a Truck Manifold Setup" thread at the top of the page it says that the Radiator everyone uses is to small.

Yeah I wasn't that sure eitherr but I also recall it not having a "steam port" or the level sensor, but I guess you don't really need them. Oh and for you mister, I just read your whole build and it just stopped! Get back to work!

Thanks about my build! But Not to ***** up the OP thread...

Yea that radiator does not come with a steam port, people either tap a bung or weld in a bung with a barb fitting and ur done. Either way u look at it this general purpose radiator for $180 is still a lot cheaper then $600 for a stock replacement and a ton of people use it with excellent results. BUT again to each there own...

We are whoring up the OP's thread lol.
I wouldnt use the gri-1-25241-x if I was you unless it was most def I wasnt going to be using a/c and also keeping my HP below around 600. I recommend 1-55241-x or 55241-xs

here is a link to my findings on griffen rads. see page 15 post #282...
