dual turbo LQ4 build questions...NEED HELP!

What is everyone using for their turbo exhaust manifold setup? Im thinking about switching to a dual turbo A/R 60 M24 L Garrett intercooled LQ4 in my 69GTO I have a good engine picked out but have a few questions. I am not looking for a super crazy motor 500-600 FWHP. I am going to port the heads that came on the engine (yes I know what im doing) and have a good valve job done. Here are a few of the questions I have for the gurus out there. I will be pairing this up to a 4L80E
I found a complete engine from an 04 2500 silverado with 70,000 on the ODM. Will the bottom end hold up to 8lbs of boost without many problems.
what are the suggestions for exhaust headers?
What are the suggestions for a cam? I want a good streetable cam with a mean rough idle
What suggestions can you make for a good intake
What are other suggested parts I should replace or upgrade?
thanks guys

1. Yes
2. Depends on how you want it to look. To get manifolds that tuck down and forward, your going to have to do some mock up on your car. You may have to cut and weld v bands on the ends. If your ok with manifolds mounted up and forward, truck manifolds MAY work. Custom headers are an option but are typically around $1000.
3. Id just pick one out of the classifieds in the 224-230 duration range with a 114 lobe seperation. Its not critical to get it perfect for that low of power goals.
4. LS6 intake is a proven performer.
5. Id skip taking the heads off and run it as is. Use a good converter such as a Yank PY3400.

I think am going to look at making my own headers since i am not sure how the truck manifolds will package in the a body, I know what Im doing but its been AWHILE sine ive done headers, I havent touched custom headers since school. Are there any good links out there I keep just finding the "flip your truck manifold" pages.
LS6 intake sounds good to me Ill start to look for one
Why not port the heads or do a valve job? I have to put the arp head studs in anyway why not just do it then? Should I upgrade the rod bolts to? or will the stock ones suffice?

use stock cam/stock heads/ls6 intake/ do one turbo and save yourself the time and money/ use manifold headers.. im guessing your not fabbing your own so you will have to buy a hot side... use a cx racing intercooler(cheap but good) do go for a 1000 dollar intercooler when your only pushing 8lbs
and use a good converter depending on what you wanna do or if this is a street car i would say minimum 3.5k but everyone has their opinion
hope this helps

Well here is a link to the kit I am buying. Will the turbos be enough to boot to 8 psi and the parts be enough for the LQ4?

You dot need to touch the stock long block for any of this. No need for head studs or anything, just springs/pushrods. And IMO spending the extra coin for twins is a waste for the power your wanting to make.

I can agree with this... springs/ pushrods are usually the weak link in these systems.. but depending on the miles you might even be fine with your stock ones... as far as the turbo.. just use one and sell the other.. 60trims are lord of the imports lol cause they can make mad power on them

You guys have any other suggestion for a turbo and blowoff valve the BAxxARD sold the kit out from under me. So now im on the lookout for a turbo setup that wont break me but can still give me some performance. I only need a turbo and blow off valve and maybe a inter cooler. I can do the rest. What size turbo would you recommend to boost the engine to a max of 12 psi? I only plan on running 8 PSI but ya never know, im trying to find a good size that doesnt have much lag.
