The exhaust turbine is a Lil small for a 6.0 , if you Do get one , call them and ask for the .96 housing or larger if possible

well i have one and have yet to use it on my 6.0,waiting for tax money next month.i may sell mine and upgrade to a bw s475. i think the on3 may have some backpressure issues
on a 6.0.,but i think it will spool real fast but i dont want to be limited because of backpressure

how would spool times be if i ran two of them considering two of them is still cheaper than a single s475.. lol plus i have plenty of room for twins lol

Thats a loaded question. Too many variables. CI, SCR, manifold design, metal construction.etc.

more of looking for a ballpark if its gonna be super laggy or spool quick. Stock Lq4, stock truck intake, ported 317's, 1 7/8 tubular manifolds, TU1 cam, dual 3in down pipes off each turbo, 80# injectors. my stall is 3500 im really just looking for a nasty street setup that gives me alot of room to grow because ive got a forged bottom end in the works for later on. i want a setup that can support 700 max for when i get the next motor this one will be lucky to see 550 but i want to know i can do better. truck is AWD so i want a nasty launch thats why im interested in spool times and peak boost.

I had two of them and tossed the twins idea around but probly would be pretty laggy. So opted not to.I would think a s475 is your best bet. It wouldn't be much more at all versus two on3 t76,plus it will support your goals. Just my .02

well my orginal intensions were single s475

Turbo Specs:
Compressor Inlet - 5 Inch
Compressor Wheel Inducer/Exducer - 75 x 100mm with ETT
Turbine Wheel Inducer/Exducer - 96 x 87mm
Turbine Outlet - 5 Inch V-Band
Turbine Inlet - T6 Divided
Turbine A/R - 1.32
Optional 1.10 A/R available - call/Email for more info
Horsepower Rating - 500-1050

but i was told on stock heads it couldnt flow 600hp thats why i looked into twins. i love these turbos and would really like to use it but i just want to make sure its the best option.

I would think if you had a single s475 it would eat a single on3 76mm alive and if you step up to the 87mm or 96mm turbine it will flow plenty for 600+ hp.

That being said, I wanted twins on my set up and going the budget route on this swap till I see how it does. I went with twin 70mm On3 turbos for my 5.3 WRX swap.

We have since actually changed things around. We are putting the twin 70mm on a 5.1 stroker motor and going with a single 80mm Borg with a 96mm turbine and a 1.32 T6 housing. The hope is that if the 80 works well, we will step up to an 88 or 91mm wheel later.
