ladys and gents, we have boost without a boost controller I think theres slight leaks on top where he just cant get to but i can actually "hear" the turbo spool while driving!
I also added additional wrap from the headers to the Ipipe. THe turbo liked the additional wrap i also tucked the turbo up so that its not draggin on the ground. i actually have to look under the car to see the turbo now unstead of seeing it nearly hangin on the ground walking up from behind the car lol
When i get my new boost controller ill see if i can up the boost a tad. I got 4psi briefly geting to 45mph in a hurry lol
I also gotta check that damn MAP sensor port. but its still making boost now without a boost controller sitting on top of it so now lets see if what it can do lol
going to the track tonight to see what the car can do. car feels wicked stronger now. I broke traction punching it at 35mph. that was scary lol
gonna high temp paint and "seal" the wrap so that it holds better. im also gonna more the reference back to the intake manifold.

well tonight was a bust, after i get there, im waiting for the track to clear up cause apparently someone got in an accident. I did manage 2 runs. one was a 14.2 @ 101 mph with a shitting 2.50 60ft lol my reaction time on that run was also horrible. was almost a full second lol i wasnt ready.
the second run somthing happened :/ not sure but when i full throttle it, it falls on its face and my AFR drops to 9.0 until i let up about half throttle and it gets going again. didnt even look at the time. the turbo was spooling so that was fine. it felt almost like when i got my car tuned for the first time thru the mail. all over the place and bogging like it was looking for a gear. it was wierd. on the line after the burn out i did see for the first time EVER in a long time was the loss traction light. not sure if that put the car into some kind of protection mode but i cant full throttle it without bogging it. not understanding that.
if its not one thing its another. im letting the car sit over nite to cool off and "reset" itself if thats the issue. gonna disconnect the battery as well and see if that does anything.
car runs strong as long as i dont give it WOT.

yeah im gonna get it tuned again once i get my boost controller so i can fine tune the boost.

I said you COULD be getting kr. On the 3800's when running too rich under boost you get get kr which is most likely fake kr

Hey yeah alex if you can scan it to see what its doing before i take it to the tuner would be cool. cars still reading super rich at idle, holding 10.5 at idle which it use to never do. we will see.

sorry I didn't get with ya on Friday, I had baby and mommy commitments lol
I did find why my car at higher RPM was acting retarded. wasn't with the tune, was with melted vacuum tubes that collapsed and then
got sucked open and was creating a huge unmetered air leak into the intake manifold from the vacuum manifold. the FPR and Boost gauge hoses were of lower quality I guess when it came from the kit. I have since replaced them with tough fuel hoses from autozone. Car is running right again. now to install the MBC and see if I can get more boost out of the car now. water injection is hooked up for over 7psi so if it get that's high ill be safe from detonation. I have the AEMs. .600 nozzle so it should be fine. if I need more ill plumb another nozzle into it.

new MBC is installed. will see what the car can do with it now.
floored the car several times at different RPMS and speeds today and its running strong again. no more power lose nose diving anymore.
tomorrow ill see if I can get more boost out of it. for simplicity's sake im running off the compressor for reference until I dial in the boost. then ill move it back tot the intake manifold.

7PSI!!!!!!! getting closer lol got 7psi this morning getting to 60mph VERY quickly lol
the MBC was set pretty low so id image cranking it up would net me more boost. now to do a hose and clamps check to make sure everything Is still tight and connected.
