I went ahead and printed yours out for a reference. When I buy my intercooler, I will see if an aftermarket radiator is needed. Still have the link for the radiator you bought?

Just got your Pm brother. Don't lose motivation. Do what the Indians did, strap that toddler to your back in a makeshift cradleboard and get to wrenching...lol. For your amusement:
I left my Dodge on all weekend when doing a Smarty reprogram and drained both batteries. The C10 could not handle it so I had to call in another C10...lol

Those C10s are always willing to lend a jump lol.
3rdGenTug, ya lowering the radiator and moving it forward about an inch and a half did free up a lot of room. But now if just seems like I have an overwhelming amount of things to do to it. With time it will happen.

hey guys do turbos have to be supported by the motor. meaning can i have them held up by something in the engine bay or is it a must to have them move with the motor?

"How you spect to pass air true the intercooler? You going to have the bumper in front of it. I think you have to cut the bar and suppot to open space for some air."
not trying to be sarcastic but how does the radiator get air? i'm sure i'm impeding air flow a little bit but with the fans pulling air through to cool the rad i dont see why the intercooler wouldnt benifit from it as well... am i wrong? maybe not getting the max affect of the intercooler but i dont see this making it nill. their is only about a half inch between the rad and the intercooler so those fans will pull air through that intercooler. if i'm wrong i can always redo it but i really dont want to drive around with out that support that would make for a nasty crash result in opinion.

hey guys i wanted to work on the turbos but I'm waiting for a couple tools and parts to come in the mail. so today i continued on with the coolers. any input, hows it look? should i put in a new piece of steel to cover up the battery trays and hide them or keep the trays open. i have them both fitted and the mounts are welded in now so they are done until i pull the motor and do all the pretty stuff.
stupid question... what are those "oil catch cans" i see on ls motor for? do i need one whats there function? that's a little down the road as i haven't even started the motor build yet but just wanted to know so i could put it on my list if i need it.
thanks
