So after a very long process with many many speed bumps (financial crap) my project is finally coming to a head.
The car was dropped off at my tuners place last thursday (Rick@Synergy Motorsports)... hes building the true dual full length exhaust then putting it on the dyno.
Throw down your guesses for what you think itll make. I honestly dont know what to expect... but Im thinking 800-900 or so.
The setup:
-Engine-
Machine work by Daves Engine Machining (think Dave Bowmans Camaro) and assembled by Rick at Synergy Motorsports.
Iron 6.0L block 370cui
All ARP hardware
GM solid crank
Compstar Rods
Custom Diamond Pistons
234/243 custom blower cam
Morel link bar lifters
AFR 230s
F1C Procharger
Aster Bracket
4" FMIC
-Fuel-
Magnafuel ProTuner 750 MP 4303 external pump
Magnafuel MP 9950 FPR
FIC 160lb injectors
Nasty Billet Block fuel rails
-12AN feed to pump
-10AN feed to rails
-8AN return with fuel cooler inline
E85 fuel
-Trans-
FLT level 4 4L80E
Rossler Trans Brake
Moroso Deep pan
CircleD Billet 4300 stall
-Driveline/Differential-
Dennys Nitrous Ready driveshaft
Mark Williams Billet 1350 Yoke
Billet U joint caps
Moser 9" Housing
Strange Nodular Center
Billet pinion support
Spool
35 Spline axles
3.70 Motive ring and pinion
The car... 2002 35th Anniversary Limited Edition SS.
Heres some eye candy..

I'm willing to be it makes more then 18psi easy....I made 18psi with my old F1 and the lower 5.0:1 step up ratio. I was spinning my blower to 70K. You can make over 900 pretty easily I would think.

Well.. in the middle of tuning the 4" "cobra head" intake hat started to collapse at 5700rpm. My tuner is fabbing up a alum replacement to take its place.
At 5700rpm and 15psi it was putting 725 to the wheels. I think 800 is going to be far surpassed at 6700rpm.
Here is a link to the intake hat we were using..... Im surprised because from what Ive researched they are used on some pretty hefty diesel applications.

Thats odd about the elbow, i have the 5" one, and i can stand on it, 250lbs, and it doesnt budge. I believe it has some steel rod inside on the back bone though.
Either way, im excited to see your results, Joe, i was wondering if you were gonna see this thread, lol
