Good to see you're making progress. It'll all be worth it.

gunna grab the fuel pump setup on nov 5th along with a vapor kit....and then nothing left but to give jake a call on the trans. which he can have ready in no time. saw a pic the other day of his truck carrying like 20-30 cores. lol
This vapor kit is actually pretty quality looking. I knew hed been selling it longer than alot of people and offers a ton of great information on why it is nice to have. Even has detailed instructions online.

It also came with this bracket for my fast 102 that keeps the collection block from scooting around and messing up the paintjob on it. I will still be getting it powder coated along with my new valvecover thats coming.

Its a second passenger side valvecover...I wanted it totally uniform with the other side. I will be getting another breather with a built in check valve to put in it. Should resolve any chance of the crank case not venting adequately and ruining my seals ect....

thanks B money.
3.90 pulley- going to turn it too 6900-7000. prob overspin by like a 100 or so past 74,000 rpm
I drove one (turbo) back in 2004-05 when they were knew. As small as I am I barely fit in it.....Its a neon all right...my knee was on the dash, the windows....my knee was on everything.
I found a 2002 silver and black SS camaro with 10,000 miles on it, and its stock.....its right down the road from me. The guy has 6 cars....and I have been begging him for years to sell it to me one day. He finally agreed. It is mint condition like it just left the truck from St. Therese.

We have not discussed price. I did not want to give him time to think it over.... I am going to sit 10,500 in cash in front of him and see if he likes the way it feels in his hand....let him count it out. He knows that there is no better person on earth to sell it too. I stole my ws6 like that too. I got it with 29k miles with one owner, auto, stock, new looking seats, dash not cracked, liner sprayed underneath, full service records, window sticker unpeeled sitting in the glovebox, salesmans name, and a full carfax, for 13k. I highly doubt he will go for it, but I think its worth taking advantage of in these trying economic times.

From what I can tell there will be more parasitic loss thru the 258 because there is more surface area for the clutch, however at higher horsepower cars the smaller converters and singles tend to fall short of the multi disk.
It is the same price either way, but I am at a loss as to why anyone would choose the 9.75'' triple vs the 10.15''
guess ill head over to the trans forum and see what i can come up with.

I talked with the sponsor, and he feels that the 245 would be best, that the 258 would be too tight. I kinda like the idea of it myself based on what I have read.
I just got paid this morning. Going to go ahead and try to grab my remote controlled qtp cutout too.
There are some things I have been told about this TC that I wont share. This is actually my unit. Pics are courtesy of Chris @ Circle D.

245 mm
Billet Triple Disk
4000-4200 Range
100 Square inches of Clutch Lining for WOT Lock-Up
Furnace Brazed
Hand TIG Welded
Torrington Bearings
Billet Front and Billet Piston
3 Element Bearing Design for Longer Clutch Life
Flanged Impeller Hub for Anti-Flex Durability
Hand Assembled to Exacting Tolerances

I made a few phone calls, the guys @ Circle D took there time to listen and understand my setup even after getting my specs sent over via website. Communication was excellent, and they did go above and beyond the call of duty. Will recommend them anytime I get the chance. Now off to the sponsor feed back section.
