Default on3performance 44mm wastegate springs???

I just got my on3performance 44mm wastegate in the mail last week. Besides it being very very dirty inside, it is top notch quality and mimics an old tial mvr 44mm wastegate. My question is, where can i get a spring kit for this? can i use tial springs? The spring in the wastegate now is a heavy 2-1/8" o.d. spring. It is supposed to be a 14# spring but i dont believe one spring is equal to 14#. Any help is appreciated!

Josh, I actually bought this on3 gate from 96s-10 several months back. Seems to be a nice unit. No problems so far, but haven't put too many miles on it, as car is rarely driven. Boost level is steady, with not much creeping but I'm only running 9#s. Boost will fluctuate between 9-9.5 at wot. Overall no complaints. As for springs, I haven't found any definitive answers on the tial springs fitting, but on3 offers a 7# & 14# springs. I ordered the 7# as the gate came with 14#. Chad (on3performance) was quite helpful and shipping was quick, fwiw.......

Still kicking strong! Not a single problem. Still holding boost steady. I'm still only running 9-10#s so can't comment on higher boost control.

What size spring are you after? Its going to make 6-7 out of the box and I do have a 13# spring stocked as well as manual controllers if that will help you out at all

email me if you needed either: On3performance@aol.com
