Got another walbro 465 to put in the tank and turned up the fuel pressure to get a little bit more out of the injectors. When I was at the track last time it was running 92%-93% injector duty Cycle @ 17-17.5 psi. Now it's about the same at 23-24 lbs of boost. Most likely won't run that much on the street very often. Especially since I'm not even sure it's still making more power at that point, but I might have to try it out at the track. ![Mullet](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/mullet.gif)

Ran RedRocketz28's old car Friday night (buddy of mine bought it)... He was running 16-17 psi. I was supposed to be too, but couldn't resist turning it up.
I was at ~21 psi. We suck at roll racing so let's just call this a "speed comparison" instead.
We did a dig race too, but I forgot to hit record on the camera. Pretty much the same outcome though.

I will try to make it up there when you guys get it to the track.

I would have loved to see what it would have done on 16-17 lbs. and being able to leave in boost. When I had that MSD 2-step on it for a day it would build 6-7 lbs. with it set at 3200 rpm. That was more boost than it made on the footbrake last year with the 7875 turbo so I if it hooked I am sure it would be in the 1.4 60' range. I was able to get a 1.47 last year on the footbrake and about 4.5 lbs.
I will try to make it up there when you guys get it to the track.

Made room for some 325/50/15 nittos… I don’t like the wide look a whole lot, but as far as street traction goes they actually seem to work pretty good in comparison to the ET Pros I had on this spring. They tuck pretty nice everywhere except the rear bumper.
Heres the only picture I took of how the pros fit

Went ahead and bought a cage from MWC. Tore the car down the week after and it was in within a few days. While everything was out of the interior I went ahead and cleaned up the wiring… The best part was getting the aftermarket alarm box out of the car and back to stock. The car also had enough speaker wire in it to wire it another 3 times.
Anyways the cage turned out great and the swing outs are nice and tight. Since I know the welder will stalk this eventually... THANKS COREY!

The cage (mild steel) came to 98.5 lbs and with what I took out of the car it only gained 40 lbs. Which actually comes out to a wash for race weight since last time I was at the track there was a 40 lb salt bag in the trunk. I could have lost another 30 lbs if I took the rear seat out, but it looks more complete with it there.

Sure the much stiffer sidewalled Nitto feels way more stable on the street though, also the best DR in the rain. I run Mickey 325 DR on mine but she's a Sunny day only kind of girl.

The contact patch on the 2 is very similar on a 10" wide rim. The Pro is not a 275, it's a "275" if you know what I mean. ![Happy](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_stretch.gif)

The Nittos should be able to cut some low 1.4 or even high 1.3's on a decentlt prep'd surface.

Awesome that you made such a detailed thread. Felt like I just read a good book lol. And from the looks of the work you do I'm sure it will continue to get cooler/faster! I wish I had the patience to do that kind of quality work! I just want mine to run good and get in the 10's for now!
