Hi guys, just back from Miami.
It's a shame when someone throws in the towel because they think they can't catch up and fix it. He's probably planning to file bankruptcy at some point if the system allows him too. It sounded like he did back in 2008 if I read one of the earlier posts right. I don't think you can file BK twice in 7 years but I don't know that 100%.
If he is and can file BK then it's done, and that's it. If not, he can work with folks or lose a bunch of judgement and get his wages garnished as well as other things.
Thing is, folks were pretty patient to a point and when they stopped cutting him slack he got holier-than-thou because of his denial on this all being his fault. It's a sick feeling when you really are honest with yourself, I've been there.
I encourage Josh to reach out to folks, try to figure out a way forward. Stop cutting yourself slack and lying to yourself. This is your life, your decisions, and they affect other people. Be accountable. Be someone that you would really respect. Man up and do what you would expect someone to do if you were the customer.
Best,
John

Why would you incorporate another mans business? I personally love paying taxes (Employee,Unemployment) for something I have no stake in.....
I am assuming this to be a S-Corp which does nothing more that act as a tax shelter, Sue away he is accountable.

here is a kit up for sale built buy racefab.
For a new business they already have sold quite a bit on ebay.

Yes, their website says that is their new home. What are the odds a company making the exact same parts the exact same way for the exact same application with the exact same name? Maybe it is a different place... their facebook page was just created Sept 29th. Fairly new.
IDK. Seems too perfect.
