Default Anyone ever use a Tial Blow off valve for a Procharger?

I know, everyone says run a Procharger big red race valve, but what about using a Tial 50mm blow off valve?

Like this:

Please don't just say 'run the big red race valve' please offer some reasoning behind it.

Thanks.

I run two Tial 50MM BOVs before the intercooler. The setup works well for me. It is quite a bit noisier then I care for at cruise but.... It's manageable with the BOVs down low by the cross member. I have had no belt issues with the dual BOV setup.

I also run a single Tial 50mm BOV on my turbo bike, it works really well for that application.

I run the tial 50mm with my D1SC. Works great I have had no issues.

Can't remember what spring I have but it seems to open and close with fast and responsive timing.

They work well-just make sure you get the right spring.

Give East Coast Superchargers a call and ask for Chris.

They have them in stock with the right spring-tell them Arun sent you and they'll give you a deal.

I did. Need to run it before maf sensor or run in speed density mode. It worked for very well.

Cool, good to hear guys.

Thanks. Right now I have the regular Pro-flo bypass valve, which is fine, but I don't think it's able to keep up with how much boost I'm pushing, plus I have a new pulley, which will push even more.

I thought you had the enclosed race valve. Any reason your looking at the tial bov or the race valve?

I ordered the Tial Q from ECS yesterday. They recommended the -6 spring for my setup. Can't wait to get it one and here how it rounds with the D1SC. Just make sure you mount it before the intercooler.

Is that the Q? If so what spring do you have in it? What kind of power are you pushing on the P1? Any meth on the car? Doesn't like like it but figured I'd ask anyway.

I have the regular Pro-flo on my car:

Which I don't think is quite enough flow for how much boost I'm running, plus I have plans to add more, so it's time to upgrade.

No clue.... life's so chaotic these days with 2 kids and work... I'm sure one of these days I'll toss it on the rollers for the kicks of it at the current setup. I gotta find a place that'll do a Saturday dyno so I don't have to burn a vacation day.
