Here are some pictures of my new turbo blanket. Hopefully will help a lot with the heat under the hood.

stock fans arent the best pushers. I still have the stock radiator with a 160deg tstat but i have 2 derale pushers. they keep it plenty cool on 90+deg days in traffic. My fans stay on for 3min after i shut it off and the coolant temp is above 185

If the fans are staying on 3min after you cut car off doesn't that mean its to hot. Mine don't stay on anymore since I took thermostat out. Mine will get to 215 in traffic and back in 190s on highway but not tested it since I added blanket.

We tuned it to stay on for 3 min if the coolant temp is over 185. it only gets that hot if im in traffic, otherwise she stays cool.

Screens are much worse than filters, they really mess the incoming flow up. Get a filter with an inverted cone at the end, TONS of cheap ones out there.

I would have been surprised if you got off the dyno scott free! we had mine on there for 8+ plus hours chasing issues that couldnt be seen until we were ready to tune.. Youll get used to the power FAST, turn it up!
So in theory, I need to leave the spring that come in the jgs gate in there (4-5psi) plus add the stiffest one (9.5psi). And stacking these should yield around 14psi??

Full boost 4000-4200 rpm. Makes 5 psi around 3500rpm though. Feels like its kicked in the *** those last three pounds though. Holds good traction if I lazy shift. But if I speed shift like I use to with my na car its like its on ice lol.

That's awesome. Proper cam timing can really help spool as seen in your case. If you were to ask guys on this form where they thought you'd be making peak boost by or where you were seeing 5 psi they'd never say at that low of an rpm with such a large turbine and housing.

Ha I can load it at like 2000 rpm and make a few psi enough to get that nasty whistle coming out the dp and ehcoing off the buildings down town. Its a head turner lol.

The clutch holds good Martin. No slipping whatsoever. Little jumpy in traffic and backing up but thats to be expected.

That's freaking awesome Stephen. Now turn that thing up!!!!!!!!! Also, I should of had my head pulled out of my *** when I told you about the methanol nozzle placement, I didn't realize your BOV was going to be after the nozzles instead of before. I would move the nozzles to after the BOV so that when you do turn it on, and you lift off the throttle and the BOV relieves pressure that you don't send a shower of methanol onto your hot side.

That would be bad....
