I feel that as long as they're after the BOV you'll be fine.

I got all my piping in to redo my cold side. Going to leave methanol nozzles in place and relocate my BOV right after intercooler down in the bumper. Give it a cleaner look up top anyway.

Soon as i get a wideband where i can monitor a/f im going to try to push it to 12-14psi and just add the methanol around the 7 psi mark. Should more than make up for any fuel loss up top with the twin 10lb nozzles. I talked to my tuner and he said it should still try to hold a pretty close 11.0 a/f even changing the boost w/o retuning. Timing will remain at 14.5 degrees.

Here are some pics from this morning. Got up early and cleaned it up a little.

That's a good looking power curve. Torque comes on nice and early for a big turbine, big cam set-up.

I'm glad it works well. It really dispells any notion that a larger cam with some overlap will be a dog down low with a large turbine smaller cubic inch set up.

Yep. Ordering a boost controller soon and a wideband so I can go on up and add the methanol. Of coarse I'm relocating my blow off valve before I do this... I have to drive up there and check you guys out one time on your next dyno day lol

You should! We're probably going to be having one here soon in July or August. I'd like to ride in this street beast as well, maybe even get to bang a gear or two myself...

Re done the cold side and now the bov is in behind the bumper and new piping welded in up top. Now i can use the meth without it blowing out of the bov onto my downpipe lol...

So with the downpipe exit, do you have to leave your window up on the passenger side to avoid exhaust fumes from entering the car?

I have a similar setup I am doing to my previously supercharged 2wd K5 and doing the downpipe in a similar fashion would really save alot of hassle.

I ride windows down all the time and my wife is usually with me. If there where much fumes she would say something but me myself I never smell much of anything as far as fumes. Maybe when I first fire it up and going slow out my driveway but its always a little richer when cold so that explains that. I love it open dp out the bumper because you can really hear the turbo and to be honest when you get on it, its really not any louder than a standard big cam fbody...
