And thanks on the compliment. I need a rear and a better torque arm setup. And a good driveshaft.
I was just messing with you. I have seen just as many NSX's in the past year as i have my entire life though. Brings the total to about 6. lol.

Lol OK. Yeah I haven't seen many in my lifetime either. They are not really super fast but cool looking for an early 90's model ride.

And last but not least Forced Inductions for providing such an affordable, reliable, monster power making S475 turbo. On the way to 900rwhp on a completely stock all but cam ls1.

Thanks again everyone. Still running strong. Drive train is starting to show weak points evening on the street with street tires but cross your fingers it holds for one good full potential pull on the Dyno with waste gate pinned and whatever boost it makes.
ive read through this thread quite a bit, but did see the magical question... Whats your magic behind not cracking any of the OEM piston ringlands at those higher HP levels?

I don't know lol. I give credit to my tuner Aaron Lail. He's got it set super safe. And when I added the methanol after my tune it just made it more safe. I'm hitting 20-21 psi now in 4th and have no clue what it puts down now. Its still running good. Timing is low. I'm just blessed man is all I can say. I just changed oil the other day after 1000 miles on this and no metal at all on magnet on drain plug. All seems good.

Tick cam, with the obvious springs and pushrods
Ls6 oil pump
Ls2 timing chain

That's it lol. Nothing else has been touched or even removed. I've not changed anything since I first got it running with the turbo setup. Just added the meth myself (no retune) and jacked the boost up watching afrs as I went. No upgraded bolts or gaskets either. Same stuff in there that it came with when it was new.

Right on! I have a fuel cell in my car and i purposely have Cylinders #7 & #8 receiving fuel first Via a "T" splitter then returns from clinders #1 & #2 via another "T" fitting. All -8AN fuel lines as well. Plus i dont have the rear coolant lines blocked off by cylinders 7&8. This was said to also help prevent collaspsing the last two cylinders ring lands as well. I will be using a methonal injection kit too, in addition to my large intercooler. Maybe il tune to 700whp after all.

Yeah all my steam ports and all coolant lines are hooked up like stock. I still have stock rails and feed lines though. I too have heard blocking steam ports is asking for trouble.

700s seem to be pretty easily achieved. Not like I tried special methods to get there or where ever my numbers are now. It just happened when I cranked the boost up.

I think a lot of tuners just run these turbo builds a little too lean is what it boils down to. I used to have my turbo hondas at 11.0 AFR across the entire range under WOT. I plan to do the same with my car when its time to tune it. I am going to run the same BW turbo as yours, just on a t4 1.10 due to space constraints. What RPM were you signing off at? the dyno graph pics cut out the RPM's on the bottom of the page.

That Dyno graph only shows to just under 6000rpm. It was a short pull. I pull to 6600 normally. Yes mine goes to 11.0 at wot regardless of intake pressure boost or vacuum. My boost comes in now around 3200rpm. Since I'm running more on kill now the boost comes in a lot sooner than way back in the thread when I was only on 8psi. Have methanol set to come on full blast at 5psi.

Id love to see what it puts down now. Wonder if the 28x9.00x15 M/Ts hurt my dyno numbers any??

Thanks man. I was gonna take the car up today after lunch and dyno it again but Tick stays pretty busy and I don't want to push Jonathan for time or myself.

Tick this weekend for some testing and new dyno numbers. Actually made an appointment for it this time. Just basically gonna see how much more fuel I have on my current setup. Plus the added bonus of seeing a bigger dyno number possibly with the current higher boost level. Nothing will be adjusted or tuned. Will be dyno'd as it currently has been running on the street. Just logging is all. Driving the car 1.5hr there and 1.5hr back. Pump 93/Meth. No fudging to get a bragging number.

Stay Tuned!!!!!!

Making 20psi on the street now but on the Dyno it may not load enough to make that. Really unsure if I even made 17 psi on the 755rwhp pull last time. I'm gonna have Martin sit in there and watch the boost gauge while I video. If it struggles to hit 20 psi I have a bypass I can flip open that will pin the gate shut. It may come to that but then I'll really know all the turbo really has. Say a prayer for my engine lol.

What about just a simple manual boost controller....little safer than pinning it, lol.
