I have a manual on it. Its a little hallman and its only suppose to add 5psi above spring pressure. My spring pressure is around 9psi. So getting 11psi out of it somehow. Maybe I hooked it up backward because instead of turning **** clockwise or (in) to gain boost I turn it counter clockwise (out). Its odd but it works great and gives me a lot more adjustment than its suppose to. But I also have a bypass valve to go around the controller and add full pressure to the top of the wastegate. Jose from Forced Inductions said I shouldn't achieve more than 22psi or so on my setup. If that's the case ill let it rip lol.

The hallman comes with two springs one is 5psi total adjustment the other is 15psi total

We'll put some load on the rollers with the eddy brake. We can make as much boost as that turbo will put out on the dyno. No problem.

Well I ordered the one with the single spring (only 5psi adjustment). It never came with another spring. Guess they gave me the good one lol.

Difference in my old street tires and wheels (17s with 275s) vs my new drag setup (15s with 28-9.00 M/T Slicks)

Well we found the limits of the stock head bolts. Also found out the car never made 17-18 psi on the dyno. Had a guy in the car watching today and even with the gate pinned it wouldn't make more than 16psi without a equal street load on it.

Noticed a little coolant drip from behind water pump area first pull. So we took overflow hose off of the radiator to see when it was lifting the heads. Coolant temps in the high 160s low 170s so we knew if any blew out it would be from boost pressure getting in. Around 6000 rpm at 16 psi you can see in the video its pushing pretty good. Corrected the final number was 775 with 12-13 degrees timing up top. 10.9-11.0 afrs all the way to the top.

It feels so slow on 16 psi compared to the 20+ im use to on the street. Took it straight off the dyno, changed nothing, and hit it on the highway in 4th and made 21psi. Felt like a rocket. Safely id say its picking up to around the 850ish range or better but still the fact remains its lifting the heads lol. Ill drive it like I been doing till I get another engine ready. It may be a while but this one is still running good long as a don't twist it to hard lol. Ill post video in a few. It only shows 761 but ill have Martin post the graph Monday.

775rwhp/669rwtq on 16psi with the cheapest out of the box S475 made is damn impressive.

Looks like that turbo wants to keep on going!

Really wish I would of been there, I'd of snuck 50% load on the drums when Jonathan wasn't looking so we could get that puppy to make 20psi. Hehe....

Safe to say the rating on output of this turbo is accurate. Estimated I would gain another 100rwhp from 5 more psi which I see on the street that puts me near 900 rwhp range. Turbo is rated to 1050 flywheel.

After much discussion between everyone involved Jonathan said the log showed 137mph on the vehicle speed but Dyno rollers only recorded 117mph. Looks like tire spin may have been an issue causing less load. 16 psi being the limit of Dyno traction. Needed some people in the trunk I guess.

We didn't really realize it was spinning to after the fact.

The graph looks more like a na/centri car than a turbo car. When does it hit full boost?

On the street by 4100rpm its at 21psi in 4th if I remember right. I don't watch that close. Going to make a video this weekend doing a street roll in 4th to show rpm and boost and all so we all can see it really does make more than 16 psi unlike on these above pulls on the dyno. Probably do a 3000 rpm roll in the video. Ill have my slicks back on so it should hook decent for the roll.
