sounds nice. curious to see this powerband when you get it on the dyno and at the track how much you'll pick up

So you have ran gt45, on3 76 and twin 57s.
Which would you think would be best for a pretty much stock 5.3? Just studs, gapped rings and springs with a small cam, not sure which, whatever I find cheap. Oh also everyday street use.

i like the on3 76 so far because it is half the size of the gt45 and seems to make the same power

twins are more expensive. so i would say dont do that unless you want to.

also its a simple 3 inch vband downpipe, and a 2.5 inch outlet, no crazy 3.75 inch downpipe or needlessly large 3.5 outlet, dont get me wrong, the gt45 is a great turbo and has pushed many of our cars into the 10 sec range and it is cheaper than the on3, it is hard to fit in the engine bay on some cars though haha

HAHA yes, i just got it today so i can post it up.

but i got a nice mill from DrTurbo here to see the difference between a on3 76mm.. and this S476R, is this a fair test? haha

I believe, if Jose wants to correct me

this is the Billet S476r V3 wheel, with the t4. 1.0 or 1.10 AR and 87mm turbine wheel.

should be killer on a 4.8 and more than likely gen4 5.3 going in here.

Denmah can you take a picture of the S4 next to the on3? Waiting to see what you think about the new turbo.

Is it 87mm on the inducer or exducer of the turbine?

I always get confused with the borgs everyone will say 96mm turbine or something yet that's the inducer. Which I'm sure it matters what size it is but not nearly as much as the exducer size.

BW calls their turbines by the inducer (bigger). Precision goes by the exducer.

fucked with the brakes endlessly today, had lots of trouble, now we got to a good point and the front calipers are locking up, so pulled them off and going to try and put GT calipers and rotors and pads on tomorrow

oh and put v8 rear springs in and filled up the right side with childrens outdoor toys

that's like the main reason I wanted to get the gt45! lol, with a gt45/on3 at say 600rwhp, is there any gain in running a DP bigger than 3 inch? And which do you think had more HP, your last fairmont or that 3rd gen camaro with the twin 57s? Actually which do you think had more potential HP? I like the twins cause I can use the internal wastegates so I'll save money on that plus I won't have to route wastegate into the DP like with a single. But the single has a lot simpler coldside. Kinda evens out so for me comes down to higher potential HP

Oh and nice turbo taking it up a notch!

Looks like a nice piece. Can you take a few pictures of both turbos side by side with a tape measure between them for those who don't happen to have one (or two) lying about?

I love the outdoor toys idea.

Are you going to put the One3 on the dyno and track so you get a real numbers comparison between the turbos? And when they spool.

I'm sure a lot of us would like to see that.
