FIC2000 and E85 issues.

It will be close. Right now I run base 60psi but I'm 1:1 regulated to 15psi so the 127# will flow more at 75psi at peak boost which should be just enough to keep me just below 100% Duty Cycle at 940-975rwhp. I can increase base to 70psi if I must but will try 60psi at first.
No
I'm not really interested in complex setups and I like using the factory ECU for tuning. Mine isn't a drag car and I take it on long trips (like Hot Rod Power Tour) and want to keep things simple for those reasons.
This is why I'm staying away from a low impendance driver box for low-Z injectors. This would be the route I would go if I need more fuel. At some point there will be a 160-200lb injector that is High-Z and not CNG out there. I've heard of several companies working on these now. They should be available before I have the need for more than the 127s so it should time out just right and if not then the driver box will be the way I go.

Where is FIC in this thread? I would like to hear what they have to say about their FIC2000s and e85. This has me worried for sure, as this is the injector I am running.
On FICs website they say they have a 3yr warranty so if there is an issue then they should be taking care of this regardless of the fuel type.

I had FIC2000 injectors in a 800AWHP Evo for a while. E85 from one gas station would leave the injectors clean for month after month after month. E85 from another gas station would clog them up pretty dang quickly. I understand some gas stations put the same additiives in E85 that they do in their pump fuel and with E85 it does not go well.
And FYI, these High Z Bosch injectors are Alcohol fuel compatible for our cars. See link.

Would I be better off going these bosch ones? Will only make around 1400 at the engine max.. Stock ecu. HP tuners. Flex fuel sensor in a split return line. Cable driven pump.

I did have FIC2000's but my box containing my fuel system has gone missing so I get a chance to buy stuff again...

I don't have any experience with these new BSH 1600CC injectors but I ordered some for my twin 70mm build on a 370. I am using Holley HP and am semi kicking myself for not using the Seimens 220's since the Holley can drive LowZ. But I think a High Z will always idle better and this car will see a lot of street time.
