Turbowerx exa pump questions.

Turbowerx exa pump questions. I have a t4 tc78 turbo with -4 feed and -10 drain. The oil return is level because I have a low mounted turbo. I'm buying a turbowerx exa scavenge pump to fix my issue.
First question does a -10 line to the pump then -10 line to the oil pan work or do I need to purchase new fittings and hoses?
Second is do I have to mount the pump below the turbo or can I mount it above the turbo and will the pump pull the oil up from the turbo?
Third is do I have to do any kind of venting for this pump? I'm in the process of trying to figure out how to run all my vacuum lines and don't want to redo anything.

One would assume you are using a 12v electrical system...there's a clue.
Exa pump can be mounted anywhere ( within reason ) and any orientation. So higher, lower, doesnt really matter.
-10 is fine, just order -10 fittings with the pump.
And no venting required.

Guys with this pump, how did you go about wiring it up? The end of the harness it came with has two wires I need to hook up. One red and one black. My buddy wired it like the fuel pump is wired so it comes on when the ignition is turned on. We put a fuse on it. Is this ok or should I wire it differently? Thanks.
