A magnaflow sounds a zillion times better then a loudmouth. I had one for a while, no rasp with macs and gutted cat y-pipe. Got rid of it because I thought the tips were just too much on a camaro. They dont look bad on a firebird though. I went a little more lightweight with my new exhaust

That's awesome I could just imagine what that sounds like.....maybe I will have to do that to my car.....just to hear what she sounds like.....stop, stop it now, I need a muffler

I am use to those type of exh. tips, I had a Random tech on before the LM. Exhausts and my s/c pulleys get changed more often then my plugs lol

It really isnt that bad believe it or not, remember I just have a stock engine. With the cats on it it sounds pretty decent. I am putting a hooker exh on it, that way I can pull the whole muffler/tailpipes off in like 5 minutes (flanged at the muffler inlet) and I can stick it back on for moving the car around. I can say beween this car and the red one I have had every LS1 F-body cat back except a GMMG and true duals so I know the feeling

After looking at all the pics it still doesn't look like the ATI setup has quite as much belt wrap as the Vortech system. But it does look like it should be plenty of wrap to avoid slippage. I sure hope it works out for you guys though! I can see why you guy's must have headaches working on your ATI'S. It looks like everything is sort of buried and hard to get to.
Here is a pic of my Vortech with a little 2.5" pulley. Even this small pulley has a lot of belt wrap and shows practically no slippage.

Here is a pretty decent pic of the belt wrap on the s/c pulley now, it looks better that what I am used to, plus with the other two pulleys that are now pulling on it(idler and spring tensioner) it should keep things tight *crosses fingers* I just hope I have the tension set right.

Oh yeah the pic

Ok, make sure to post whether or not that belt slips, your pulley is slightly larger than the 3.2" I'll have, but knowing there is no belt slip will let me sleep at night
