Sad-but true!

It has equated to one metric ton of power for this build, and since its not a DSM its not even leaking oil!!!

I didn't claim anything. I put the car on a tool of measure, and this was the measurement.

I don't question the dyno, its been dead nuts for some time. The last Colt I had on it made 619whp- and went 9.5@149-150 all weekend. 2750 with driver. Same dyno, same software, same calibration. Like I said, I trust the tool.

I will be at some track events later in the year. Its a street car and will be getting a few Mexican vacations first.

Thanks guys.

There have been a few naysayers that think I somehow manipulated the dyno to read higher numbers. As the video stated, the car make 850 uncorrected, and 852 with the SAE correction applied for the conditions that day (it was basically a perfect day to make horsepower, so there was very little correction). The SAE dynojet correction is considered the industry standard.

I will post pics of the charts, and weather correction data tomorrow.

I just want to be clear that I don't think you manipulated anything. Higher than actual HP figures are the nature of the beast.

How are you coming up with your corrected VS uncorrected numbers?

Post up the full dyno sheet with all the info…

Dyno Dynamics Correction Factors:

Barometric Pressure = BP
Relative Humidity = RH
Ambient Air Temperature = AT
Inlet Air Temperature = IT

We want to see all the fancy red info at the bottom like so…

Not sure if you have posted it before...

But what was the "smoothing factor" on your pull ?

I printed all 3 sheets when I was at the shop. Like I said, The uncorrected at 850 and SAE at 852 shows that there was basically no correction that day, because it was perfect horsepower weather the night we dynoed! Here are the charts and correction factors. the SAE correction is so little, it reads 1.00 as it does not have a thousand's digit

As I said, it made what it made. I cant help that I created an efficient system.

Post numbers showing basically no correction and all the hate is silenced?

Can't say that I am surprised about that.

Huh, weird stuff.... I wrote out a long reply this weekend and thought I sent it? I'll have to voice my hate again pronto.

Again, you're confusing "hate" with "doubt" or "disbelief".

*continues to wait patiently for driver to not be afraid of dying in his cage-less budget build and run a track time that actually backs up dyno sheets*

I would like to see the car on a different dyno just to see what it would do. That being said I think once the car is sorted and you get some good passes its going to show some good mph also.
