CNG bosch ones , they are all over ebay, i dont really want to link them till i know they work but they can be searched out easy, it was like 533 shipped for 8 of them, seller is in latvia

its an offset rear, so you pull 2 shorter axles at the junkyard, then you cut down the longer side to match the shorter, approx 3 inches, installing two equal length stock explorer axles.

easier than you think

Wow.All these years I knew one was shorter and never thought of doing that.Pretty good man.

i could send them out to get flowed, that is a pretty good idea, we will see if i have the patience for that when the time comes lol

i planned on sending out my 80s once i put the 160s in and see how they are before using them on something else.

you could just use their supplied inline fuse to save money off the breaker, but i wanted to over do it, and put large screw on terminals on everything and also be able to click the breaker on and off if i wanted to, also i didnt want to have to buy fuses if i had any issues.

Matt, just got my MS Gold today! What forum do you recommend for tech support for MS Gold related items?

Also - I look forward to your feedback on the Latvia 160 lb'ers...You probably saw my thread talking about these injectors and how some say there are issues these injectors with fuel temperature changes. I'm sure you will have the scoop for us all real soon. Thanks!

Matt with what you're doing I think it would be good to get those injectors flowed. I'm sure you could get a fund going to pay for the flowtest. I bought a brand new set of Bosch 60lb's from a US eBay seller who sells A LOT of Bosch and Siemens injectors, and only because I send out all my non-FIC/ non-ID injectors to get flowed, I sent them out. Two were leaking and down 15% compared to the other 6. Needless to say, I sent them back, he sent me another set, and the 2nd set was ridiculously perfect. Like within 0.5% of each other. So while I don't doubt that most Bosch injectors are perfect, it's not like they come in flowmatched sets from the factory...

I have used Witch Hunter and OsideTiger for flow testing and "cleaning" in the past...is there anyone else out there you recommend or used?

There are lots of competent businesses that can flowtest a set of injectors, no doubt. I have only used RC Engineering. 1 day turnaround, always.

I saw those.
They are the Bosch 0 280 158 827 Good price, but there in Latvia, so good luck on a return or problems......
Also, i found some info on these with issues. Makes me reconsider especially since Tony (I.D.) is willing to admit it and do something about it. And i really don't wanna sacrifice idle/drivability with a 2000cc injector.
Im thinkin a dual injector setup is the best of both worlds. Yes more complicated (initially) but you can drive around on some old reliable 80s then a second set of 80s come in at X boost would be awesome! And it'll still be a dual fuel vehicle.

Wow that is a fantastic deal! Anyone have his email or phone number? I might shoot off my 80s I just got to him and have them flow tested so I can make cylinder trim adjustments in my tune if they vary a little.

Thank you so much, that's the best advice I've gotten, thank you too Matt, I'm confident now, all the naysayers got to me... Thx guys you rock !! P.s. Track vids soon ????!!!!

I was wondering about this as well- thinking some flex fuel stockers on the first fuel pump- then at (whatever appropriate ) 5 or 8 lbs of boost the second fuel pump on a Hobbs starts feeding the 80lb's.....in a better mileage(and low boost tuning ease) grab as well as only having to purchase 80's... With the idea that all of us have 'stock' fuel injectors laying around.

I guess we will see how these cng injectors go....
Fingers crossed.

Bosch 160 lb have a very bad reputation in Sweden as many of them gets "smaller" when they get hot
The 210 lb (2200cc) have good reputation but then they are way more expensive

The 1200-1300 lb Bosch is very good to

Totally not your style.

I see a video in the near future. Simple rig. Fuel pump, regulator, fuel rail, 4 cheepo graduated cylinders, and the injector test function in MS...

Can't wait.
