Ah yes, Spiro. Could always change to tabs over the winter.

I think I found a clevis for the front that works, 3/4 hole and 1/2 hole for the track bar. If that's the case I'll just get that and go that route for now.

It’ll work, Just remember you’re using a half inch bolt to hold the *** end of the car straight!

I know, I'm not excited about 1/2 stuff would rather have 5/8. Might be something I do twice unfortunately.

Wow, that's a lot of tire! What mods have you done to fit those tires?

This car has full tubs and stretched quarters, before my time. When I first got it had 31x18.5 sportsmans on 15x14s.

Yeah I think the washer trick that 3 and forcd talked about made a good difference, I did shave the w'stripping may have helped a bit too that came up as a suggestion as well. I figure at some point I can hit up a body shop buddy and see if they have tricks like putting it in the sun and pushing down with a 2x4. I bet that would help. I really need to at a minimum paint it flat black or something.

Drove the car to my buddy Eddie V's place in Mt. Prospect, I'm up to 7 hours of drive time without incident.

Since he welds and fabricates, he will do the final ladder bar swap though I did trial fit it all.

The MT 295/65/15 DRs don't even look that big on my car.

I would. Go like 30 minutes to an hour at a time. Check results. It’s worked for me and others in the past.

if that doesn't work, use a heat gut on the bows then sandbag.

Kind of the advantages of working with fiberglass, it’s somewhat “formable.”

Depends how quickly you want it to work. I’d go 30 lbs or so and wait it out.
