Marvelous, lot of good lessons learned here, I'm glad you stuck with it, lot of guys would have scrapped the whole thing.
Enjoy the truck for a while you plan for upgrades!

Most definitely learned alot with this and ive definitely put to much in it to give up on it. I plan to take it to the track next weekend. It definitely feels faster then it did on a 200 shot so hopefully I get a little better number and that's the plan. I'll slowly start grabbing parts and pull the trigger once I decide it's not fast enough anymore lol.

Mph was decent but time wasnt what i wanted to see. Definitely wanting to get this thing in the 10's. One thing i did notice was 1st and 2nd gear was getting 13 psi and once i got into 3rd it jumped up to 16.8 psi and thats where my mph came from, but why wouldn't it hold 16.8 in all gears.

Back halfing 25 mph in a full size truck - nicely done!
I don't recall which controller you have on the truck but it might need some tweaks. Low gear has less head and load, so it's not uncommon for it to be lower in low gears.

I have a turbosmart e boost street 40 psi controller. I haven't used the boost by gear setting on it tho.its hooked up but unless I spun real bad I hadn't planned to use it.

You're a good 60ft away from tens. If it's not on a good tire that'll be your biggest bang for the buck

once i change the turbo ill try and bump up my 2 step a hair and see if I can get a little more of the 60. My reaction is spot on so I don't think it's driver error.

The timing lights don't give a **** about reaction time. Just take your time and only worry about the individual variables you can change one at a time to get your best launch. Once you have that down to the best setup for your truck, you can go back to things like reaction time that only matter for actual racing. Just don't do things like changing tire pressure AND trying different launch rpm AND different shock adjustments at the same time. You will never know which variable did what.

10-4 I'll definitely give it a try. I don't have a transbrake but I still think I can get a little more rpm out the lanch. I was thinking about putting some new brakes on it as well. The brakes pads are just factory brakes. Maybe something that will hold the truck back a little more so I can build up a little more boost off the line. I had my rear tires at 20 psi and they seemed to hook decent but I was getting them nice and hot with a second and 3rd gear burnout. If those things don't work then I may play around with the boost by gear and suspension.

First of all congrats, 11.5 street trucks are cool. I scanned this from the beginning and didn't see , cam ? Trans /converter? Rear gear and tire height? Shift rpm ? Intake manifold?

tbh ive never put the truck on a scale. It's a 2000 model single cab silverado so I'd imagine it would be fairly close to a factory truck
