My tuner sounds pretty confident in pushing it a little further, he tuned a fox body mustang a few days ago with a gen 3 6.0 sbe and it made almost 900 to the tire. Plus I drive my truck like a old man for the most part so I'm hoping it will last. I'm not one of those guys who drives around on the gas all the time. I'll make my track visits every now and then but that's about the extent of it. I drove it home yesterday and didn't even make a pull. It definitely runs really smooth on the holley and I like having the little 3.5 screen, being able to monitor to watch all the temperatures and everything while you drive is nice. Plus he set he set it up with some kind of safety feature that will shut it down if anything is going wrong. Not to sure how that works but sounds reassuring.

OP definitely do this after a few drives, I got underneath mine this spring before getting it out and found all kinds of hardware that would take a 1/4 turn.
Don't be afraid to enjoy it, I set up a rolling two step on mine and now I do a burnout almost every time I drive it, especially if my son is with me lol.

yes I was doing that yesterday, I pulled the 2 lnc-2000 out that I had for 2 step and the air fuel gauge I was using and some old wiring I no longer needed and I plan to put it on Jack's within the next few days and just get underneath it and check all the bottom out too.

Original goal was to have a truck that i could drive from my house to the track which is about a 40 minute drive in ice cold air conditioning and run consistent 10 second passes. With that being said if i cant there and dont run a 10 then there is no room to turn it up.

With a solid 60' I think you'll get there.
Any suspension mods at the back like traction bars or split-leaf springs?

No the leaf springs aren't split, that's in the up coming plans, when I bought the truck it already had a 2/4 drop on it and whoever did it c-knotched the frame and welded in the plate so it looks to be done right. The springs are yellow so I'm not sure which brand they are. I've said a few times I was going to get the model number off them and look up what they are. I know when I took it to the track before it would hook pretty well, it hooked all motor with a 200 shot so I'm hoping it does the same with the new turbo. I took it once with the old turbo but that's when I was building boost off the line so it's hard to judge off that

Should be fine, leave on 2-4 lbs. and bring it all in over a few seconds.
@Prostock John has been playing with his in a similar fashion and has had good results.
I plan to do the same and then tap into a front wheel speed sensor for boost by speed for street stuff.

Its building around 5 psi on the 2 step/foot brake. Ive still got my turbo smart boost controller installed but I haven't messed with the boost by gear yet.

Dependent on the EBC you have but you can tie into a front wheel speed sensor and bring boost in by speed in low traction situations.
That way power comes in with traction/speed and not on its own ramp like over time.
A lot of no prep guys run it this way so if the tires start losing traction, your mph flat lines or reduces keeping the boost level down so the engine doesn't just keep making more power and boil the tires.
The Cortex EBC has this function, I just haven't wired it up yet.
I would have to imagine the Holley ECU's have the same function.

The fuel lines now split into the back of the fuel rails and the front on the rails are 6an that go into each side of the regulator and the return out the bottom into the flex fuel sensor then from there back to the tank
