If you're running a FI application, this sensor is a must if you ask me.

Are you planning on running 43 psi of boost anytime soon? There is zero reason to run a 4 bar map sensor on a combo like this and all you are doing is introducing more error in the sensor by not utilizing it's dynamic range. Yes I know they claim the sensors are accurate within 0.5% throughout it's entire range but that is certainly not what I've seen. Hell one guy went through 3 of them in a row and there was a 5 kPa spread between them at key on.

I'm not gonna lie I had an Amazon ctsv sensor on the truck and he wanted to take it off and put the one I posted in the picture. He said he uses the ones in the picture all the time and they work well for him.

The issue is that there is so much counterfeit crap on eBay and Amazon, I just don't trust most vendors.

Patiently waiting on your results and track times. That intercooler is going to help I'm sure . I wish I could fit something larger in mine but beyond 3" thick is going to be a big problem and my whole combo is pretty much maxed out at this point which is fine because it met all expectations and then some for a street truck. Your goal is still a ten anything? Or you're trying for more ?

Ive had just fine luck with these on oil pressure and fuel pressure senders and other non super vital componets only as secondary gauges and they always were within spec of what my primary gauges that the ecu takes its readings from……as for a map sensor…NO im with mr. Gattago, i would never use them as a primary vital piece….no way jose!!!….but as a generic back up gauge that isnt on my ecu handheld, sure if its gonna cost hundreds less and i already have factory and/or quality sensors/sendors in play already…..but too each their own

Im ready myself too, i live it Louisiana and we have had 100 degree weather so thats really why i took the time to do it now, i wouldnt say it good track weather. Next month we should drop down in the 80's so my plan is to take it to the track then and I could probably get a little more out of it but I don't want to push my sbe to hard. 10 seconds is still the goal. It went 11.4 with the old turbo, stock transmission, 411 gears that were redlining 3rd and with back pressure issues and i can tell just by driving it that it pulls much harder then it did at that time so I shouldn't have any issues hitting my goal.
