LSA won't make more boost
Car has made 11.7# with a 2.55 on it. Swapped to a 2.38 car makes 12.1#. it should be making more according to the pulley maps. The belt is a green belt, with a high end tensioner on it. Does not show belt slip in data.
It has a 3.5" inlet tube and a 92mm T.B on it. I'm wondering if maybe that is the restriction? Going to try pulling it off next time I'm around the car, but it seems like that should be enough.
This has a 92mm TB on it, and I verified today, that the TB matches the snout inlet so I guess that part should be fine.
I'll pull off the inlet next time the car is out. We were expecting somewhere in the 14-15# range.
Also verified the little valve is sealed up good today.
I guess this is why they run 5" inlet tubes.
I have the green belt and orange square brick seal both new for $40 shipped if you want them. DM me.

Wouldn't take much to make a YUGE difference.
Even 5 or 6 PSI at Throttle Body Inlet would make a screaming world of difference.
You would need a pretty big INTERCOOler for such a compound.
