Default N20 to TURBO!

Well, I am heavy underway and the transformation is comming along.

N20 #1 (Many bottom 9sec passes at 150mph)

N20 #2 (Sold before it ever even fired)

Turbo! (I have great expectations from this new combo!)

This will not be a big bore or stroke combo. I am making EVERY EFFORT to be complete by the end of September. I will post the APE engine build up and assembly as it unfolds. Tomorrow I will prep the engine bay so I can paint it on Saturday. The header fabrication and turbo plumbing will begin next week. The engine assembly will begin in 2 weeks when the rods and pistons arrive.

That's BAD Tom. Can't wait to see the MPH when you're done. Are you going stock cube?

Thanks!

The motor plate is back and down per my specifications. I have had the WAR manifold for about a year now but never used it. The fabrication work has turned out to be way more than I bargained for but it should look good when it is done. Hopefully it will run as good as it will look! LOL!!

Good luck Tom! It appears you are off to a good start already! What is that, a 91mm or a 94 or something like that?

Oh how true is that Just take all you estimates on time, double them, then multiply by 3. Should be just about right then

Good luck with the build.

November just gets more interesting everyday

Nice double post Todd I guess you were trying to get your point across!

You can see how small Tom's turbo is......we are just trying to get a high 12 second pass out of it ....for Thunder that is!

Looks good. Why dump the crack setup? It looked really strong.

Should be some hardcore **** @ Thunder...of course, I heard the same thing about N/S Shootout too.
