Default Truck manifold gaskets & flanges? (cat side)

So I picked up some truck manifolds from an 02 Z71 truck to turn around backwards and use them to feed my turbo (GT45, going into my LS1 pwered RX7).

Anyone happen to know if anyone sells gaskets and flanges for the cat con side of the exhaust system? I can cut my own, but if there are GM part numbers for them, or if someone already sells some laser cut flanges that'd be an awesome time saver.

Or know some keywords I can use to find the part #s I'd need

Thanks

Andrew

I'm now going with twin rear mount t3's blowing into a vortech via PVC tubing. you may not want to turn those manifolds around.

if your talking about the triangle flange at the end of the headers, they should just be the common triangle flange and gasket. you should be able to pick that up at an auto store, like autozone or advanced auto etc.

Use RTV the Orange stuff
Everything else has a habit of blowing out
Basically the hight temp RTV will fill the imperfections in the mating surfaces
works like a charm for me
Also make sure you use the silver anti sieze on all the hot parts if you wanna ever get anything apart after

I buy those flanges from Stainlessworks. We don't run a gasket at the flange. We run the stock ex manifold gaskets at the head.

Kurt, is there an item number, or will they just know what I'm looking for if I call?

Also, do you run RTV like the post above you suggests?

Thanks

I think he cuts them out for me. I think the right and left is different. He should figure it out from what he has sold me. If he can't get them let me know, I may have some here(if I can find them, moving sux).

We also use the Hi-temp rtv on the three bolt flange.

I don't know about the trucks but where the cat bolts directly to the manifold on the driver side on F-bodys the flange a funny shaped triangle and won't bolt up to a standard 3-bolt flange like the pass side. so i just drilled and tapped the manifold for the standard 3-bolt flange the ground off the extra material around the outside of the new bolt pattern.

Yeah, I have stock F-body manifolds on my car right now. The truck manifold's flanges aren't shaped anything like the F-body driver's side flange (maybe similar to the passenger side).

yup the truck manafolds (2001's at least) have both standard triangle shapes, the f-body has one wiered non-standard triangle flange on is it the driverside.
at least 98's and 99's are the 2000-2002's that way also?

I found out that the truck manifold flange is clocked different on the passenger side. I got an 02 exhaust manifold from Sean Carter and it turned out that it was a tuck manifold. It fit perfect, but my crossover was clocked wrong. Got the F-body manifold and everything bolted up.
