Default Whats the LS1 record on DOT drag radials

Like title says...Whats the 1/4 mile record for an LS1 powered car running N/A or power adder? Anyone know? Curious cuz im planning on trying out those new Mickey E.T. drag radials 325/50 using 15x10s on the SS

it's proly half and half...i consider it an "ls" engine, but by no means an ls1

10 out of 10 people w/ C5R motors, consider them LS1 motors.

I agree. C5R is a Gen III motor, but as for an LS1, not really. Just like the similarities between a SBC and an LT1.

I would like to see the radial records kept track of. Takes a lot of skill (and *****) to run big power cars on radials.

Why wouldnt you, It is externally the exact same dimensions as a LS1. The only thing difference is the internals. All external sensors in a LS1 will plug right up to the C5-R block, same heads bolt on, same water pump, oil pump, A/C, transmission. The only differences between the C5-R and LS1 are

Price
Bore and Stroke out of the box
Material that the block is made of, Both are aluminum, but the C5-R is a stronger aluminum
