Default New Banks Power Twin Turbo

Twin Kit

I'm not really a fan of BP but when I came across this my jaw dropped. An easy 500+hp. Any thoughts on this? Maybe we will see more twin kits in the future w/o the major expense of custom made?

I think that system has been around for about 20 years, and probably only fits cars that are about 20+ years old.

those are some ugly headers and looks like they designed the turbo to bolt right up to the header, which wouldn't work in our engine bay. no where near enough room to have it mounted right there. infront sure, behind great, next to? hell no.

It's for SBC's, not LS1's.

"If you are a do-it-yourselfer, Gale Banks Engineering now has a complete Twin-Turbo kit to fit most common 350 small-block V-8 engines. "

What gets me is why do people think that the "common 350" is an LS1?

Un-educated in the automotive world. If you've never worked on an SBC or learned anything about them and the LS1 is your first engine, you'd probably think the same thing too.

Double hump heads with a 3/4 race cam and the obligatory 750 double pumper.
