thats awesome...I just finished putting a D1SC tuner kit on my camaro (tonight actually!) FWIW, you might have your bypass valve on backwards-when the inlet side of the valve is facing the intercooler j-tube you should see the the arm coming from the diaphragm (if im just looking at your picture the wrong way ignore me!)

Have fun!

When I installed it, there was no markings for inlet or outlet.

The instruction booklet I have says the inlet side is the side you can see the head of the 2 little allen bolts that hold the butterfly onto the shaft (look inside on both ends and you can tell instantly which is which).

The one in the manual is not the same valve as the one supplied. But will double check.

Can you post a picture of the drivers side hose coming off the intercooler, I am having a problem with the fuse block pinching that hose badly on mine. Thanks, Chuck

It was a tight fit for us there at the fuse panel too. There are a few places on the kit we had to spend time on the fitment. That's one spot (big hose at fuse boxes), also the tranny cooler metal fitting rubbing the pass side intercooler piping was another. We wound up using a piece of heater hose and a nylon pulltie to keep the metal tranny line fitting from rubbing the intercooler piping.

I wound up relocating a part of that fuse panel.

Edit : here's the pic. We relocated the piece that's on the left side of the fuse panel nearest the headlight to make more room for the hose.
